Who I Am
About Himanshu Kumar Sah
BBA student and aspiring business analyst based in Kathmandu, Nepal
I'm a BBA student at Shanker Dev Campus, Tribhuvan University, with a genuine interest in business analysis, making sense of data, and understanding what drives organisations forward. Between my academics and the projects I've worked on, I've picked up a mix of analytical and communication skills that I'm excited to keep building on. Winning the National Case Study Competition at Skill Week 2026, organised by Glocal Pvt. Ltd., was a real highlight โ it pushed me to think harder and present better than I ever had before.
Who I Am
I'm Himanshu Kumar Sah โ a BBA student at Shanker Dev Campus, Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu. Business analysis is what I'm working toward, and I spend a lot of my time trying to get better at turning data into decisions that actually matter. My academic background combined with hands-on project work in data analysis and database management has given me a solid base to build a career in business analytics.
Recognition
In January 2026, I received a Certificate of Recognition for winning the National Case Study Competition at Skill Week 2026, organised by Glocal Pvt. Ltd. It was a tough competition โ real business scenarios, real pressure โ and coming out on top meant a lot to me. More than the win itself, it showed me that I can hold my own when it counts, and that keeps me pushing to grow further.
Vision
I want to be the kind of business analyst who makes data actually useful โ not just reports for the shelf, but insights that help teams move faster and decide smarter. I'm drawn to environments where things are changing and where a clear-eyed look at the numbers can genuinely shift direction. That's the kind of work I'm building toward.
Mission
- Build real depth in business analysis and management
- Apply data-driven thinking to problems that actually matter
- Keep improving how I communicate and collaborate
- Contribute meaningfully to the teams and projects I'm part of
- Grow a portfolio that shows both technical skill and strategic thinking
What Drives Me
There's something satisfying about looking at a messy dataset and finding the story inside it. That's what pulls me toward this work โ not just the numbers, but what the numbers are actually saying about people, processes, and decisions. I think good analysis is half technical and half human, and I'm trying to get better at both sides of that.
Outside Academics
When I'm not studying, I follow what's happening in business tech, data tools, and management โ it's genuinely interesting to me, not just something I feel like I should do. I'm actively looking for internships and collaborative projects where I can put my skills to work in a real setting. I'm open to both on-site and remote opportunities.
